FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Well, we have resisted putting up a FAQ page in our website for quite some time. It’s just such a bad style, isn’t it? We have been writing emails. Lots of them. Sending faxes. Talking to clients on the telephone for hours. Then writing emails again. Not that we mind. We actually hold to the somewhat obsolete belief that the best client is an informed one. It’s just that … why do they keep coming back with the same old questions over and over again?!
Right, so here it comes…
We have tried to think as if we knew nothing about offshore companies. We have asked all those basic questions to ourselves and tried to give honest-to-God answers. That’s the first part, the General Knowledge About Offshore Companies.
We have scanned our mailboxes and have located every last question that has ever came up about BVI incorporations, structure of offshore companies and functions of offshore managers and administrators.
We have brainstormed and recalled every telephone conversation which has raised questions about our services, order procedures, pricing, gurantees, and just about anything else we do... well, during business hours, that is.
And, yes, we have shamefully peeked into some of our competitors sites digging for still more questions. Actually, found a few. We borrowed the questions, but we had to rewrite the answers – theirs’ were not good enough…
