What is more confidential – having bearer shares or using nominee shareholder?
Both options are about the same in terms of confidentiality. However, usage of nominee shareholder would be more cost-efficient in the BVI, as bearer share companies will involve considerably higher government license fees than registered-share companies. Generally, we do not particularly recommend going for bearer shares.
